What you buy
You can pre-order a faction’s full levelling 20–60 guide or the launch collection as a one-time purchase. The separate professions pack remains planned. The viewer remains free. There is no launch subscription. The product page must identify included guides, supported client/build, character restrictions, language and prerequisites before a product is offered for sale. Planned individual guides cannot be bought separately. The launch collection includes its listed future guides, supplied when released.
The 1–20 starter guides are free. The Alliance and Horde levelling 20–60 guides are released in level bands. The 20–35 in-game beta guides are released and available through your account with a confirmed pre-order, with online reading included. The 30–40, 40–50 and 50–60 bands follow after launch. The timeline shows an estimated date for each later band; these are estimates, not guaranteed release dates. A levelling 20–60 purchase, on its own or in the launch collection, includes every band at no extra cost; later bands will be supplied through your account when they are released. Talent suggestions are part of the levelling guides and are not sold separately. Dungeon quest chains are optional trips within the route. Gathering profession guides for Mining, Herbalism and Skinning through skill 150 are prepared and awaiting release; each profession’s first 150 skill will be free, with a paid continuation. Crafting guides follow later and have no release date yet. The planned release order is shown on the timeline.
The launch collection is a staged pre-order. Both factions’ 20–35 beta guides and their online readers are available after confirmed payment. Both factions’ later 35–60 bands and the other listed guides are included at no extra cost when released. These future guides are not available to use yet. Your order records the included products and the coverage available when you purchase.
Personal licence and delivery
A purchase is for personal use on your linked Battle.net account, across supported characters. It does not transfer ownership of the manuscript or allow redistribution or resale. A compatible game client and the free viewer are required separately. Personal downloads use an account check; unavailable or mismatched in-game identity can prevent a paid guide from opening. Contact support for account-linking mistakes or access problems.
Released digital guides are supplied through your account after confirmed payment. A payment return page alone does not prove payment was received. You will receive a saveable order confirmation identifying the product, total, currency and applicable terms. If delivery fails, contact us rather than buying again.
Prices and the introductory offer
Each faction’s 20–60 guide is £14.99 to pre-order, with a future regular price of £19.99. The launch collection’s pre-order price is £24.99; its future regular price is £29.99. These future regular prices are not claims of previous selling prices. Local-currency prices are shown in your selected currency. The introductory offers for both factions’ 20–60 guides and the launch collection end on 11 November 2026 at 23:59 UTC, providing at least four weeks from opening. After they end, new purchases of these guides and the collection are at the regular price. Collections bought at the introductory price include later levelling bands when they are released. The professions pack’s planned price is £14.99.The professions pack is not on sale separately. The launch collection includes only the guides listed on its product page, including those awaiting release.
CACHE22 LTD is not VAT registered. UK purchases are sold directly by CACHE22 LTD. For eligible international purchases, Sold through Onelink (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate) is the merchant of record and collects applicable sales taxes. The seller and tax-inclusive total are identified before payment. The total payable, currency and any applicable tax treatment must be shown before you commit to an order. We will only enable purchases in territories for which the payment and tax arrangements are ready. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees if you choose a currency different from your card’s currency.
Bundle upgrades
Eligible paid purchases count towards a pack or the collection, up to its current price. Credit beyond a pack’s price is not lost: it carries forward to the launch collection. Individual profession guides count towards the professions pack, and both individual guides and the professions pack count towards the launch collection. Credit uses each purchase’s current price in your selected currency, multiplied by the proportion of its original list price actually paid, including any credit it used or carried forward. Each guide is credited once, and only the guides the new pack or collection includes count. This is a product credit, not a cash exchange-rate conversion. Your upgrade quote will state the eligible purchases, credit and remaining amount before you pay. Refunded purchases cannot also provide credit. If you already own every guide in a pack or the collection, it is not offered to you. A zero-balance upgrade does not require a new card payment. If a credited order is later refunded or disputed, every pack or collection that depends on it may be paused for review; unrelated individual purchases remain separate.
Updates and support
The intended purchase includes corrections and compatibility updates to the guides listed in that product for their advertised game edition. New major collections, new editions and unlisted guides are separate products. We do not promise every future expansion, every game mode or perpetual compatibility with an unchanged third-party client. Corrections and compatibility updates for the advertised edition are included for at least 12 months from purchase. We may provide updates beyond that period, but do not guarantee them. Later levelling bands are not updates or separate products: they are part of the levelling 20–60 guide you bought and are included when released, even after that period. This does not limit statutory rights or remedies.
Support is by email at hello@foreverwisp.com. Response times vary; we do not guarantee a fixed turnaround. We will investigate failures to supply the advertised content and provide the remedies required by law. If a material change means we cannot supply what was purchased, we will explain the situation and the available remedy rather than silently remove your rights.
Cancellation, faults and refunds
See Refunds & cancellation. Agreeing to these terms or accessing your guides does not waive any applicable 14-day cancellation right. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain.
Suspension and complaints
A refund, payment dispute or evidence of unauthorised account use can pause future downloads while we review the order. Contact us if this is incorrect. Downloaded Lua files cannot be remotely erased. We will explain access decisions and provide a way to raise an error with support. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
