What you buy
Paid guides are planned as individual one-time purchases or an optional launch collection. The viewer remains free. There is no launch subscription. The product page must identify included guides, supported client/build, character restrictions, language and prerequisites before a product is offered for sale. Coming-soon entries are not preorders.
Personal licence and delivery
A purchase is for personal use on your linked Battle.net account, across supported characters. It does not transfer ownership of the manuscript or allow redistribution or resale. A compatible game client and the free viewer are required separately. Personal downloads use an account check; unavailable or mismatched in-game identity can prevent a paid guide from opening. Contact support for account-linking mistakes or access problems.
Released digital guides will be supplied through your account after confirmed payment. A payment return page alone does not prove payment was received. You will receive a saveable order confirmation identifying the product, total, currency and applicable terms. If delivery fails, contact us rather than buying again.
Prices and the introductory offer
The launch collection’s planned introductory price is £24.99; its future regular price is £39.99. The regular price is not a claim that the bundle has previously sold at that amount. Local-currency prices are shown in your selected currency. The offer’s availability and end conditions will be stated when sales open; there is no live countdown or purchase offer today.
CACHE22 LTD is not VAT registered. UK purchases are sold directly by CACHE22 LTD. Eligible international purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which collects applicable sales taxes. The seller and tax-inclusive total are identified before payment. The total payable, currency and any applicable tax treatment must be shown before you commit to an order. We will only enable purchases in territories for which the payment and tax arrangements are ready. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees if you choose a currency different from your card’s currency.
Bundle upgrades
Eligible paid individual guides count towards the collection, capped at its current price. Credit uses each guide’s current price in your selected currency, multiplied by the proportion of its original list price actually paid. This is a product credit, not a cash exchange-rate conversion. Your upgrade quote will state the eligible purchases, credit and remaining amount before you pay. Refunded purchases cannot also provide credit. A zero-balance upgrade does not require a new card payment. If a credited order is later refunded or disputed, the upgraded collection may be paused for review; unrelated individual purchases remain separate.
Updates and support
The intended purchase includes corrections and compatibility updates to the guides listed in that product for their advertised game edition. New major collections, new editions and unlisted guides are separate products. We do not promise every future expansion, every game mode or perpetual compatibility with an unchanged third-party client. Corrections and compatibility updates for the advertised edition are included for at least 12 months from purchase. We may provide updates beyond that period, but do not guarantee them. This does not limit statutory rights or remedies.
Support is by email at hello@foreverwisp.com. Response times vary; we do not guarantee a fixed turnaround. We will investigate failures to supply the advertised content and provide the remedies required by law. If a material change means we cannot supply what was purchased, we will explain the situation and the available remedy rather than silently remove your rights.
Cancellation, faults and refunds
See Refunds & cancellation. Immediate download will not be treated as an automatic waiver of your cancellation rights. Any required agreement to early supply and acknowledgement of loss of the cancellation right must be collected expressly and recorded before supply. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain.
Suspension and complaints
A refund, payment dispute or evidence of unauthorised account use can pause future downloads while we review the order. Contact us if this is incorrect. Downloaded Lua files cannot be remotely erased. We will explain access decisions and provide a way to raise an error with support. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
